How to use:

Apply small amount of illuminating highlighter on brow bone or inner corner of eye to highlight the brow bone and inner corner.  Apply the desired colour over the entire eyelid and blend with finger into the crease of the eye. Make sure to cover the eye area evenly. Made for all skin types and tones.
